Dr. Shveta Tyagi Giri is a well-known Gynae Oncology Surgeon who brings with her a vast experience of over 20 years in Gynae-Oncology and more than 12 years in Robotic Surgery.
She is highly skilled in comprehensive management of Cancer of vulva, vagina, cervix, uterus, ovary and peritoneum.
She is also trained in diagnosing pre-invasive lesions by colposcopy and managing pre-cancerous lesions of cervix by both ablation and excision techniques (Cryotherapy, LEEP, Cold knife conization).
She is also trained in managing the precancerous lesion of vagina and vulva (VAIN, VIN).
She is well trained in the management of complex ovarian cyst/Adnexal masses by minimally invasive techniques (Laparoscopy/Robotics) and also by open techniques.
She is a Certified Robotic Console Surgeon and Laparoscopic Surgeon with rich experience in doing all the complex Oncological surgeries.
She is well trained in performing both diagnostic and operative hysteroscopies.
She also holds strong expertise in performing complex radical surgeries, with a special interest in ovarian and peritoneal cancer management and routinely performs all the different types of peritonectomies in cases of peritoneal surface malignancies.
She has rich experience of performing HIPEC by both the open and closed technique.
She has numerous National and International publications to her credit. She has also delivered lectures at various National and International conferences.
She received the Medical Excellence Award for Exemplary services in the field of medicine at Medifest 2023. She also received Appreciation Award in the UP State Chapter of Association of Gynaecologic Oncologist of India in year 2022.
