Dr. Arun Antony is expert in dealing with several Urological problems ranging from stone disease (of Kidney, Ureter & Urinary Bladder), Erectile Dysfunction, Premature ejaculation & Male Sexual Dysfunction, UTI (Urinary Tract Infection), Renal Replacement Therapy (Kidney Transplantation) and Cancers of the Genito urinary tract (including kidney, Prostate, Bladder, Testis and Penis Cancer).
His areas of interest include Minimally invasive surgeries (Laparoscopic & Robotic) & Kidney Transplants. Dr. Arun Antony is proficient in Laser Treatment of Stones like (URSL, PCNL, RIRS Surgery). He is also well versed in Laser Circumcision as well as Stapler/ZSR circumcisions, Prostate Surgery (TURP), Laser treatment of Prostate (Holep), Urethral Stricture treatment like Laser OIU/VIU or BMG Urethroplasty, Renal Access Surgery (AVF, CAPD).
He has completed training for Endourology at Olympus training centre, Guangzhou, China as a scholar under the auspices of AUSTEG-Asian Urological Surgery Training & Education Group. He brings with him rich experience in endourology having performed over 500 cases of RIRS, over 350 cases of PCNL & over 1000 cases of endourological prostate surgeries, over 1000 cases of URSL in addition to the rest of gamut of endourology that he is doing which includes OIU/Cystolithotripsy/PUV fulguration in paediatric cases to name a few. He has actively been a part of kidney transplant teams in over 250 kidney transplant cases and is an astute Robotic Surgeon.
