Seeds are the bearers of life. Interestingly, seeds are often called powerhouses. They are a good source of dietary fiber, which slows the rate of digestion and keeps the digestive system on track. They provide good fats, nourish the blood cells, and help maintain brain function. They contain trans sterols, which help to maintain cholesterol level and reduces the risk of cancer.
